Hi,
I tried to pair with Dell AD211 Bluetooth Speaker but I am not able to get the
/dev/bluetooth/xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx device ...

This is 11.1-RELEASE with GENERIC kernel and userland.
The Bluetooth device is on the ThinkPad T420s:

I also tried with "1234" an 'nopin' but no success.
