Other details which I'll want to know (if it recurs with 12.1): * Instance type * Type of EBS volumes being used * Filesystem (all the reports I've had on 12.1 have been ZFS) * Workload * Whether there's significant network traffic (all the reports I've had on 12.1 have featured significant disk *and* network loads).
