Not sure that it has a version 3 GIC either.  Actually I am thinking
that you have to do the software GIC on this platform.

On a similar note, the SoftIron OverDrive 1000 (https://softiron.com/development-tools/overdrive-1000/) might be suitable? It uses an A57 in an Opteron A1100 SoC. At $600 it's relatively affordable for a complete system.
