...と云う分けで xemacs から emacsに変えてみたのですが
OS: 9.3-RELEASE #0 r268540
CPU: Pentium(R) Dual-Core CPU E5200 @ 2.50GHz
emacs24-24.3_7.3は終了が出来ず kill -9 ...となり
wanderlust-emacs24 は フォルダーが開けず
...
Checking "Desktop" is done
wl-summary-line-format-changed-p: Wrong type argument: arrayp, nil
...
emacs23-23.4_4.1では終了は出来ますが ブックマークを読み込もうとすると
コアを出して終ります。(emacs24ではフリーズします。)
~/.emacs.d/init.el ではこれのみで
(require 'wanderlust-startup)
(setq wl-use-toolbar nil)
(custom-set-faces
'(default ((t
(:background "gray80" :foreground "black")
))))
~/.Xdefaults ではこれぐらいの記述です。
Emacs.Geometry: 80x30+101+1
Emacs*fontList: -*-gothic-medium-r-normal--14-*-*-*-*-*-jisx0208.1983-*:
Emacs*fontSet: -*-fixed-medium-r-normal--14-*
日本語の表示と入力はOKです。(LANG "ja_JP.eucJP")
初歩的な質問ですみませんが emacsは使えるのですよね?
何か大事な事を見落としているのでしょうか?
他に気づいた事は
pkg-1.3.7に変えてから起動時に dbusが
Failed to start message bus: Could not get UID and GID for username "messagebus"
/etc/rc: WARNING: failed to start dbus
となり
emacsの起動時には
(emacs:1798): GLib-WARNING **: In call to g_spawn_sync...
が出ます。
又 古いCPUのせいなのか最近 xinitの起動が効かず 2~6回程コンソールを切替
えては xinitを繰り返す様になりました。
(因みにこのメールは 別パーティションの8.4で書いています。)
