Could you try to install FreeBSD 11 and see if the issue goes away? 11.4-RELEASE, booted
from memstick image, shows same pattern as my "main" system: flicker
connect/disconnect forever.
But it is not same hardware, as Windows 10, as my Windows 10 Laptop silently
refuse to boot from USB stick :-(
