When you make a hook for a function "$1", then you can print arg0, arg1, arg2
and so on. We're interested in arg1 I guess.

int     callout_reset_sbt_on(struct callout *, sbintime_t, sbintime_t,
            void (*)(void *), void *, int, int);

Try this:

#!/usr/sbin/dtrace -s

fbt::$1:entry
{
        printf("callout_reset_sbt_on(%d,%d)\n", arg0, arg1);
        @[probefunc, stack()] = count();
}
