        I tried to build&run kernels, 20080701, 20080801, 20080815,
        20080901 and 20081001.  I got same result on all case.

        takawata@ teached me that Cardbus NICs get MAC address from CIS
        (Card Information Structure).  But my bridge is just PCIe-PCI
        bridge, so it doesn't have CIS.
