Okay wait a minute here. We can't go purely off of the version number, because the version numbers differ per tag (HEAD/CURRENT, RELENG_7, RELENG_7_0, and so on). 1.39.2.3 was committed to RELENG_7 on 2008/04/19. The timestamp shown for you src/sys/kern/subr_sleepqueue.c is 2008/01/29.
