Noone is stopping -anyone- from doing the Debian/ubuntu thing and breaking off snapshots of FreeBSD to roll in a slightly different way. This is happening with PCBSD, for example. The project is doing what it can with what people are contributing. If you'd like a distribution supported for longer then offer to help maintain it. You may be surprised how helpful people get when you offer to help. :0 Adrian -- Adrian Chadd - [EMAIL PROTECTED] (Still inactive...) _______________________________________________ freebsd-stable@freebsd.org mailing list http://lists.freebsd.org/mailman/listinfo/freebsd-stable To unsubscribe, send any mail to "[EMAIL PROTECTED]"
