Some problems with the iSCSI initiator were found a bit after 7.0-RELEASE was made, they should have been fixed by now in 7-STABLE. If not, try the patch that appears in this thread: http://lists.freebsd.org/pipermail/freebsd-scsi/2008-February/003383.html
