I am running this patch on 6.2-STABLE (i386). I have rebuilt world and ports/mail/mutt-devel (using WITH_MUTT_NCURSES=1). Everything seems to work and mutt also runs perfectly with UTF8. Before applying this patch I had to use WITH_MUTT_NCURSES_PORT=1 :-).
