In my opinion, XP is pretty decent system. Your standards are pretty low. I've got freebsd/solaris systems with uptimes nearing 6 years. I've *NEVER* had a spontaneous reboot from either operation system. If I did, I'd spent hours in the back hammering down exactly why.
