No, kernel carp used to work with IPv6 in 6.0-RELEASE, but was broken sometime before 6.1-RELEASE. It's all in kern/98622. I may have to test ucarp though, it would be nice to be able to run a GENERIC kernel, although my gut instinct is that this sort of functionality should be kept in the kernel.
