Do you have tmpmfs defined in /etc/rc.conf? If tmpfs is enabled there it
will create a /tmp mfs as you are indicating.
Not that I see:
[EMAIL PROTECTED] ~]$ grep -i tmp /etc/rc.conf
[EMAIL PROTECTED] ~]$
