It makes more sense in hex:

lack-of-gravitas:~:% perl -e 'printf "%x %x.%x.%x.%x\n", 3645219926, 
217,69,164,86;'
d945a456 d9.45.a4.56

It's just different ways of representing a 4 byte unsigned int.
