I used to be able to play (windows) mplayer2 files and *.mov files with my native mozilla browser and mplayerplug-in installed. Lately that does not work anymore. Mozilla just crashes, firefox starts up the mplayerplug-in and than stops (hangs).
I don't know where to look. I reinstalled all related ports to no avail. Are some of you also having problems with mplayerplug-in and mozilla or (if not) can I get some tips / advice about how to tackle the problem? Where to look for; what to do?
