Hello saw you had written this mail on the freebsd mailinglist.. I have a Microsoft wireless optical mouse and a keyboard, the keyboard works just fine but I cant get the mouse to work could you help me? how did you get it to work?
Håvard Molland Hello, I have had a really hard time with this Microsoft Standard Wireless Optical Mouse on usb. Didn't work no matter what I tried as it seemed to have a different-than-standard data placement in the data frame. In the end I had to make some changes (ugly hacks) to ums.c and now it works fine (but only with this mouse!). If someone is in (desperate) need for it or wants an advice, maybe I can help.
