I don't see why this should be pushed into the 5.3 *security* branch. I certainly regret that I didn't put it into RELENG_5_3 before the release was cut, but with 5.4 out and well, I'm of the opinion that this is water under the bridge. As a general note to all FreeBSD pf users: It's not a bad idea to follow RELENG_5 in [sys/]contrib/pf to get all the fixes. Even when you are tracking a release in the rest of your tree.
