I know it's not likely to be schedule issue, but it doesn't hurt to ask :-) And please don't tell me it's hardware, I've changed a few motherboards (all VIA 8235/8237) and different manufacturer / types / firmware revisions HDDs since 5.0 because after an update or another some specific combination ceased to work.
