I have an iRiver H340 and it works well under Linux (USB 2.0). Under FreeBSD, umass(4) has some issues and the player doesn't work currently (tested with FreeBSD 5-STABLE and 6-CURRENT) but I'm sure it's just a matter of time :-)

You're right, It works great at my office (6-CURRENT, 6 dec. 2004). I should have tested it here before...
