I'm running FreeBSD 4.10-RELEASE-p3 that occasionally panics. The panic occurs seems to happen when I'm running rsync of large directories possibly in combination with reading or writing to a compact flash attached to USB.

I've attached the panic message, dmesg output, and gdb output.

If there's any additional informtion I can provide to try and resolve the problem, please ask. I'm willing to put some effort into fixing the problem.

Any and all help is greatly appreciated.
