ok i finley got this all fix now im going to post in what i did so that its in the archives so if any one has this issue/problem maby itll help them out what i did was edit /boot/device.hints then i added hint.acpi.0.disabled="1" saved then rebooted and vwalol it worked i had internet access back once agin
