You can change the font size in your .mozilla/<username>/<randomstring>/chrome/userChrome.css
Specifically, you can add:

Unfortunatly I'm away from my FreeBSD machine, so I can't verify that this works as advertised, but hopefully I've pointed you in the right direction.
The above URL has gotten me closer but dialog box fonts are still too small (such as the print box).
Any clue as to what needs to be changed to get the fonts in the dialog boxes bigger?
Did you try:
dialog { font-size: 12pt !important }
Unfortunatly that's just a guess. I havn't found a good reference to the available keywords you can use to modify Mozilla yet.
