OK, I'll bite.

Where do you get this "recent version" of the port?  I've checked 
<ftp://ftp.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/branches/-
current/ports/x11/XFree86-4/> through <ftp://ftp5.freebsd.org/...>, and 
none have your patch-i810.  In fact, from the Makefile, it's version 
4.0.3 rather than 4.1x
