# install               - Install the results of a build.
# reinstall             - Install the results of a build, ignoring "already
installed"
#                                 flag.
# deinstall             - Remove the installation.

before doing 'make reinstall' you have to do a 'pkg_delete' of the port, or
use the script given by 'pkg_version -c'
ex:
    # pkg_version -c > UpdateMyPorts.sh
    # vi UpdateMyPorts.sh (for tuning)
    # sh UpdateMyPorts.sh
