Setup is bog-standard. In what way could it be otherwise?
Perhaps, your system experienced unclean reboot before this problem? Maybe you'll need to use "zpool import -F" or even "zpool import -F -X" for "extreem rewind" (-X is not documented).
Pretty sure no unclean reboots.. although as I said, it's been giving me problems lately,
