This is now available as a port: biology/linux-foldingathome (thanks 0mp@).
Thankyou! However I dont seem to be able to make it work - I get this in the log:

19:16:54:
19:16:54:  <!-- User Information -->
19:16:54:  <team v='11743'/>
19:16:54:  <user v='anonymous'/>
19:16:54:
19:16:54:  <!-- Folding Slots -->
19:16:54:  <slot id='0' type='CPU'/>
19:16:54:</config>
19:16:54:Trying to access database...
19:16:54:ERROR:Exception: Error executing: 'CREATE TABLE IF NOT EXISTS Config (name TEXT PRIMARY KEY, value)': attempt to write a readonly database

Google not helping with this - I guess its trying to create an sqllite table ? But why does it think the database is readonly ?

Could it be that /var/db/fahclient is readonly?

Also, you may try to see the pkg-message of that port (e.g., pkg info -D linux-foldingathome). Maybe some of the notes collected there are going to help.

Cheers,

Mateusz
