At present, there seems to be no need for an RC3 build for the 12.1 cycle, so it has been removed from the schedule.
The final release build date has remained unchanged, currently planned for November 1. Should something completely bizarre occur between now and then, we may have an RC3 build as a safety net, however at this point, it does not seem necessary.
