I used to have a previous version of Nvidia driver running well on FreeBSD 11.2
on the same machine.
Any idea?

Hi

You need to add
/usr/src/sys/amd64/include
to the include path set.

The nvidia-driver port you are using isn't part of the FreeBSD ports collection
btw.
