Yes, there is a binary driver for 950 at NVidia, but AFAIK it does not exist as a port on FreeBSD until now. Because there a some new internal changes in the driver and its file and directory structure, the port has to be adopted to these changes. O. Hartmann makes a suggestion for a patch almost one month ago [1].
