Update: Found a setup modification which makes passthrough of that integrated nic+phy working: If "interrupt remapping" is deactivated under VT-d in EFI-Setup-Menu, it works with XP. If additionally DMA-Support for VT-d is disabled, it also works with FreeBSD (9.1). -Harry
