We're seeing both. At least one double (or more) fault finishing with "Fatal Trap 12: page fault while in kernel mode". Subsequent panics have been single fault (all visible on the IPMI console) "Fatal Trap 9: general protection fault while in kernel mode". Could well be unrelated. The system is undergoing hardware diags now.
