I would avoid the cross-post next time. The issue might be that that application should be properly compiled when WITHOUT_INET6 is specified, but it's kind of odd though because you don't have that specified above... If you looked through the source around line 170 you'll find out that that function requires WITH_KVM to be defined as well in order for you to use the function definition (and not just the prototype).
