I can share a munin plugin for monitoring some of ARC L1/L2 statistics, as well as memory decomposition. It still WIP (and I'm sure, that not all statistics are properly gathered), but I hope it may help. And I'm still not quite sure, if I'm interpreting some ARC parameters correctly.
