I'm absolutely certain. Sources from the 25th March, make world and
kernel the day after:

[r...@potato ~]# uname -a
FreeBSD potato.growveg.org 7.2-PRERELEASE FreeBSD 7.2-PRERELEASE #0: Thu
Mar 26 01:02:54 GMT 2009
r...@potato.growveg.org:/usr/src/sys/amd64/compile/POTATO amd64
[r...@potato ~]#

my cvsupfile looks like this:

*default host=cvsup.uk.freebsd.org
*default base=/usr
*default prefix=/usr
*default release=cvs
*default tag=RELENG_7
*default delete use-rel-suffix
src-all
doc-all
*default tag=.
ports-all
