hi my problem is as follows.
i am trying to connect a Prolific Technology USB to serial connecter. but i am unable to get anything right after that. i have tried using minicom and pointing it to where the system is telling the device is. but no luck. any help will be appreciated. i am running FreeBSD 5.3 and the following information is given to me by the system when the device is plugged in.
