I have found that rm'ing the skin files from ../mplayer sometimes fixes this problem but not always. The file I have in that directory is -rw-r--r-- 1 root wheel 221736 Oct 30 13:17 Blue-1.4.tar.bz2 and it has the expected sizes from the current distinfo. I think your port structure is out of date. You probably need to cvsup ports-all and rebuild your INDEXs.
