I switched to standard-supfile and used

*default host=cvsup11.FreeBSD.org #CHANGE_THIS.FreeBSD.org
*default base=/usr
*default prefix=/usr
*default release=cvs tag=RELENG_4_10
*default delete use-rel-suffix

Cvsup went Ok.
Make buildworld went Ok.
Make builkernel ended with
