Again. I understand, and it _should_ work. But it doesn't for me. I've been having this problem with Paypal for several months. I once had a paypal account, then they changed the TOS in a way I didn't like and I refused to agree to, so I requested that they terminate my account. Of course, they claimed they did. However, any time I try to use my CC to make a paypal "accountless" payment, I hit up against this problem.
