VNC is great - been using it since 2000 we use the windows version for M$ hosts and I can grab my FreeBSD workstation (XFree86/FBSD4.9) from my laptop and can grab the laptop and other hosts from the FBSD box just as easily the current versions are very light on bandwidth too (useful as I often hook machines in Sydney from our Melbourne office via our frame relay link.
