in a file i created my self calt ~/.xsession but when i do startx gnome does not start when i do gnome-session in a xterm gnome does start but gives this warning Could not look up internet address for . This will prevent GNOME from operating correctly. It may be possible to correct the problem by adding to the file /etc/hosts. What do i have to change in /etc/hosts ?
