Samba/Windows Messenger Service

Is it possible to SEND Windows Messenger Service massage from a FreeBSD
server running Samba 2.2.8a_2?
 
If yes … which command do I have to use? The same as under W2K: 
C:> net send {hostname} “{message”}
?
