The patch was only applied to RELENG_4, RELENG_5 and HEAD -- not RELENG_5_2. However, you can extract it from cvs and apply it yourself by hand if you aren't in a position to upgrade right now -- see: http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/cvsweb.cgi/src/lib/libc/db/btree/bt_split.c.diff?r1=1.5&r2=1.7 (Remember that you'll have to re-apply that patch each time you cvsup(1) your src) Otherwise just use one of the variations on: setenv PORTS_DBDRIVER=bdb1_hash as a workaround.
