Maybe a little stupid, but do you have sendmail installed from ports also? Or, do you use gcc base or ports?
No, it was installed together with FreeBSD.
However, I just fixed the problem. I rebuilt the kernel and did a make build/install world. Now everything works and my sendmail is latest version.
