Brand new DWL-520 fresh off the shelf. Not to be confused with a DWL-520+ which is not a Prism. Already made that mistake (have DWL-520+ which needs a new home).
Searched the archives and others with problems apparently got much farther into initialization than shown above. For example, others got output showing firmware revision.
System is a Dell PowerEdge 400SC P4-2.8G.
