This is for Linux, but it is a project to replace Windows Terminal Services, I have not used it, but I have seen it around. It uses X11 so it will be less friendly in low bandwidth environments. http://www.ltsp.org

The company I work for uses terminal services client to connect to the WIN2K server. When users connect they can log in and create documents, spreadsheets, etc. Currently I use rdesktop on FreeBSD at work to connect to the WIN2K. It would be nice to replace the Windows machine with a *BSD.
