I heard some time ago that work was going on to port pf (and spamd, I think) from OpenBSD to FreeBSD. I also recently saw an announcement on the FreeBSD home page that Daniel Hartmeier had joined the FreeBSD team as a committer - a further indication that this work is underway.
I'm just curious to know the status of this effort, and any specifics on how or when this will be done.
