You may think that is a small issue, but when you are trying to create
market awareness you need a mascot that evokes simplicity and goodwill, not
one that evokes evil and deception.
... and here I thought that giving software away for free to everyone in the world was a form of altruism and goodwill. Just goes to show you how out of touch with reality I am ... I've really got to think more cynically, and remember that iconic figureheads speak louder than action ...
