It is feature-packed, that's true. However, feature-packed and slow/bloated are not necessarily synonymous. It is blazing fast and low on requirements - what difference does it make if it has extraneous features? Those features aren't hampering anything one wants to accomplish if they don't make use of them. As for looks, Opera is skinable.
