If that is the same example I looked at serval months ago, I think it was written for an isa decive a while back. Look for a time and date in the source files, if it is too old it may no longer compile on a new machine. I am just guessing here.When I try to run /usr/share/examples/drivers/make_device_driver.sh to generate the skeleton driver, it stops due to compilation errors caused by the rman.h file. The errors are logged into err_log file and are attached as sy3b1.zip file.
Would you please advise a.s.a.p why these errors are happening and how they can be corrected?
